Do I need to be present during my scheduled cleaning?

It is entirely up to you if you want to be present during your scheduled cleaning. Some of our clients prefer for their house or office to be fresh and clean when they get home from work, while others enjoy knowing that there isn't a mess waiting for them.

Can I change my scheduled cleaning?

We understand that things come up and schedules change. That’s why we are always happy to work with our clients on their schedule and to accommodate changes and special requests. Just give us a call and we will gladly update your schedule. We do ask that you call us a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to avoid a cancellation fee.

What happens if I forget about my cleaning?

If we are locked out the time of your scheduled service, we will charge a lock-out fee. The last thing you want to worry about is what happens if I forget about my cleaning? We can help with that! Call us at KW OFFICE CLEANING and our team of professional cleaners will handle it for you so there's no need to stress. Remember - don't let forgetting about your office clean up stop you from getting more done in the day ahead! To avoid this from happening many clients provide us with a key or a garage code.

How do you determine the cost?

We may charge by square feet or by a flat rate. We will agree upon a set amount of time and cost before we start cleaning your office or home so you know exactly what to expect. We will never go longer than we quote without your approval.

Do you accept credit cards?

We appreciate the fact that our customers understand and value our decision to not accept credit cards. It allows us to keep our prices low and continue providing a high-quality service. How can you guarantee not to break anything?

We understand that many people are hesitant to allow a stranger into their home, which is why we carry insurance in case of any accidents and sincerest apologies because we are extremely concerned about taking the best care of your home. If you do have a breakable item that is irreplaceable or of great value, please place it in a drawer or closed cabinet or instruct us not to touch it.
